I am trying to fix an annoying problem with my Dillion 550. Its setup for .45ACP, the problem is with the primers, not all shells gets primed.

While trying to figure out what was wrong I noticed that if I insert a shell, I cannot rotate the plate the shell seems to catch on the primer

Any advise would be welcomed.

Ohh one note all my brass is deprimed and cleaned.

Dillon has its own help site on its web page and you can call toll free and they will help. I once had a problem with my dillon sd where I couldn't case expand for bullet seating. This drove me crazy. Dillon sent me a new powder funnel and a new housing which I later found out was bent. The dillon rep spent at least an hour with me on the phone.

Steve.
