Well, I'm as susceptible to product placement as an 8 year old kid.

I watched appaloosa while insomniac this early morning/late night, and was enamoured with one of the characters side by side 8 gauge.

Wanted one, but of course.... can't find those much anymore, and especially not at a price a U. Student can afford. Then whattya know, I see a 10 gauge 3 1/2 inch magnum rated side by side with 32 inch barrels on the EE at a price I can afford.

Now, you should know, after I ordered 7 guns and a small cannon in a six week period, I had to agree not to buy any more guns for a year, and in return the GF'd agreed not to buy any more clothes or shoes for a year. We put it in writing and everything. That lasted all of two weeks on my end.

She's in Toronto right now. Boy am I in trouble when she gets home!

I've been such a stingy bastard my whole life, but when it comes to guns...I'm like a kid in a candy store. I just can't help myself. I'm not sure if it's lucky I buy cheap guns. I'm running out of space to put them all.

That's what gun safes are for. I recently made the mistake of opening my safe to get some papers my wife asked me to stash in there and she couldn't believe how many more guns I had in there than she thought

Don't say anything at first. I'll bet she tells you she broke her end of the deal while she was in Toronto. Then you can forgive her by getting yourself the new gun. :D However, she will hold it over your head for the rest of your life. :(

(I am not responsibe for any fight, arguement, or break up that may occur)

Actually, I think I may have pre-empted this. We spoke this morning, and I told her that I thought it was unfair that I make her honour our deal while she's in Toronto, especially seeing as how she gets to go shopping out of town so seldom, and how it's probably cheaper she do her shopping down there than up here anyway..

So after chatting with her we both seemed to agree that she just not worry about the deal on paper at all.

Now; I think that I may have misunderstood that to mean that I too, can buy another gun. It's an honest mistake, and could have happened to anyone, nes pas?:

I haven't had my licence 1 month and there is already 2 guns on hand, and 6 in the mail, I can't help it, I'm a cheap bastard too but when it comes to guns I dunno its just different. tyring to figure out a good place to put them, maybe a couple places around the house won't be so bad that way she wont' come accross a stash of guns, know what I mean...

When will you be offering classes in GF diplomacy?

As was mentioned before. You need to get yourself a safe (ie: hidy hole).

Although I have now found myself in the uncomfortable position of trying to think up a reason why I need a BIGGER gun safe.

It could go either way when she gets back, but I like the tactic. A little risky cuz you might have shown you hand early. :)
