I get my #19 shell plate but my small case feeder is a large case feeder! I already have two of these! I called and they wanted me to ship the large case feeder back. I sent it Xpresspost for $24.74. The paperwork showed that I ordered a small case feeder. The small case feeder costs $25 US so the shipping was almost the same! I wasn't going to send it snail mail and have to wait weeks! I really hope they reimburse me for shipping! You know that nice feeling you get when a package arrives? I had that only to be crushed by the wrong part. LOL

We will see how Lee handles this for me in the coming days, hopefully not weeks!

yea i hate when your feelings get smashed by somehting like a wrong part of a backorder notice instead of a package:p....

Lee made a happy customer out of me. It took a while but it seems that makers of reloaders in the States are working overtime just trying to keep up with the demand. A lot of people down south are seriously stocking up. Lee's phone was either busy or they just couldn't answer it even after a hundred rings. LOL I spoke with a couple of dealers who said that Lee has been backed up to the point that shipments are taking 8 weeks. I already picked up the product locally that I was waiting for them to ship back out so when I finally spoke with them they agreed not to ship it to me and sent out a couple of other things I wanted making up for all my costs.

when i went to the site, and made up an order. when i went to the check out the country was filled out USA . i just assumed that the site was for Americans only. Good news.

How long did the order take you your door?

I ordered a custom built crimp die for my 17 remington two months ago and it still has not arrived. That's right from Lee.

you can order any and all lee parts from factory sales. usually ships a little quicker and less money than straight from Lee. I have used both and never had a problem.sorry to hear about your problem because it does suck when the box finally shows up and it is not what you ordered.

About three weeks but now I hear it's taking longer.

You can order to Canada from their site. There is an outside USA option then I put all the address info in the comments box.

Not even two weeks later and I received all my stuff today. Two thumbs up for Lee.
