I like very short AR15's, But I find they look the best stock with nothing attached to it or hanging. PVS 14 doesn't fit it either. I mean I like it, Just rather see it stock.

I wouldn't take it on a trip overseas anyways.

A sweet stock I say for it would be the Ace Ltd USA Entry Stock ( If you can get it ). It would keep that compactness look.

Well the best part of it is the PVS.;) The only thing I'll say negative is the VG that is only an 1.5" in front of the mag well not much much point IMHO.:rolleyes: But I'd sleep with it...:D

If you pound the amount of rounds I do thru your rifle you would notice that the hand guard gets HOT fast. It actually fits really good and I have big mitts on me.

Love the feedback, it's always interesting to see what other people say. I built it like that because it works extremely well. It's my other upper that is the workhorse. This little one as I said is for fun times. NV works perfect and it's in the right place. As for the stock, I'm going to modify the butt length so it fit's my shoulder better. I've tried all the upper crust stocks and they don't do anything for me so I stick with the old school type.

You would need to be where I live to totally enjoy this little beast, that's all I can say on that!!!!!

Please don't stop the comments.

I never get tired of other peoples ideas and suggestions.

I always carried a stock C-7 or a C-8 so it's cool to play around with no rules.

You have to clean them? No one said that when they sold it too me. Nice AR you have put together. Have fun with it. Thats all that counts,and range time.
 
You could move the VG out a wee bit more like someone stated, Would make holding the rifle a bit better, saying that you got big mitts, I know my small hands I be scraping it against the mag well.

As for the PG how you like it? I had one on my SPR lower and I did not like it that much.

11 Feet Eh WOW LOL, More like its a 7.5" LOL Take off that Vortex and show the true flame thrower :D

Being it a shorty, man it must get dirty easy with all the unburnt powder.
 
Personally, I'd use a head mount for the PVS if I was wandering around at night.

I would've kept the front sight, it's always good to have a back up.

Ditch that pistol grip.

Still, it looks pretty good overall.
