... but it makes me sad that they are only good for 5 round changes.

They do swap really fast though! Not sure if it justifies the extra weight.

Yea I know you can fit LAR-15s into them but that seems like a waste of a bottom mag just so they can fit into the coupler.

These are the MC16N from CAA couplers bought from SFRC.

Those are pretty cool. I might grab a couple for my pinned mags.

I'm still working on my H shaped coupler that holds 4 LAR 15 mags together, just been working on other designs recently.

couldnt you just couple the 2 lar mags using the endplate coupler and then use a standard h coupler ?

The LARs practically disappear into the magwell. There's about maybe a half inch protruding. I don't really know if I've seen an endplate coupler. I should look that up.

ah i see so you would need a endplate coupler that was the H coupler but the mags would probably be too flimsy with no mid length support. but maybe an end plate H coupler is the right track. if it could hold the mags sturdy enough.

I ordered some couplers off eBay and... they are not so good. Here's an example:

Bad plastic snapped after I tightened it too much. Avoid. AC-DJ2.

I ordered two pair so I kept it on the two Pmags you see there so I'll try them out. I was a bit more careful tightening those two.
