There is much more the Conservatives could do and should have done to clean up C 68 then the Long Gun Registry. My hope is the issues such as the needless ATT's, the 12.6 barrel restrictions on handguns and magazine capacity for pistols will at some point be reviewed. I suspect I may wait a long time for any action to take place.

All the arguments for getting rid of the Long Gun Registry apply to Handguns as well. How much support do handgunners think they will get from those who only shoot long guns if a future government decides to ban handguns due to the cost of registering them?

Take Care

I would expect the same kind of support which those of us who are handgun-shooters and do not use long-guns or hunt (I am one), gave towards the scrapping of the LGR.

Hopefully we don't get thrown under the "proverbial" public conveyance vehicle.
