......I went and bought a Glock 17 today. I was gonna wait a little longer and do a bit more research on other pistols but I figured there was no time like the present. I used to own an Austrian made Glock (not the Smyrna Georgia made ones) years ago so I figured I'd stick with what I know and trust and got another one. Yup, I missed my Glock. So I will pick it up tomorrow and when I get it home I will give it a good cleaning, remove any packing grease I find, and then take it to the range. And while I'm firing it I will be saying to myself between shots, "F*ck you Miller! BANG! F*ck you Miller!" ;)

i tried to do the same thing here, but more as a general i hate how long my transfers take, but instead of taking it home the next day, i get a 5 week wait, then forget why my reason was and buy another when i remember again :)

I'm gonna pick it up today sometime. I'll be moving to Ontario this summer so I figured I'd buy it here and avoid the provincial taxes and possible excessive wait time.

From the time I started the process to actually getting it home? 22 hours! I would have had it a lot sooner but I did have to work after all. F*ck you Miller!!!!:D
 
I turned 2 people into getting RPALs, e.g. get it while you can....

Also, I'm supporting a new petition that would turn anti's into defensive fighting for something we don't have instead of fighting to ban something we have. ;) Much better if you ask me.

In addition, this petition is not "virtual", but real paper that must be mailed (no stamp needed, Canada Post will deliver it for free). Written petition especially if properly mailed has 100 time more value than one filed on internet (might never get from there, never mind issues about privacy)

Why not print it out and collect signatures??? Forward it to others.
