About two days after the young bull visited the camera, it fell off the tree, and dislodged the batteries.

Flash lens is cracked, strap holder on the camera busted. I figure the pine gum held it there for a few days. (remind me not to use a pine tree!)

only last week the tree my cam was on blew down to the ground.
luckily the cam wasnt in between the tree and the ground.

camera took a few pics on the ground!!

Years ago, the first pic I ever got on a cam was the neck if a bear, the second pic was a close up of his nose, there was no 3rd or 4th pic, just a broken camera lol
I now spray the cams with scent free and install my cams wearing surgical gloves, I've never had a problem since.

Unless of course you mean busted, as in the deer looking right at the camera, in that case many times, but now I put my cams about 8ft up the tree, it also helps hide the cam from thieves.

It's day out at my place on a great deer trail my horses filled the cam pics and broke it , lots of big nose pics . Back to my imagination for what deer are there. My imagination is better than reality these days anyways

I take mostly videos with my Moultrie. Got a nice shot of a bear's nose and then the camera was slobbered. Still works. Two other cams were destroyed by bears.

Yes, my grandson has some real close up pictures of bears, before the camera gets clobbered.

these threads I always expect to see a close-up of my ass....

I admit its me, whenever I find a trail cam I will approach with my quad till I can get in position to get my bare ass into the line of sight and then moon the camera..

sorry its just what I do :)

Bear busted my cam while tearing up my apple trees a few years back
