Just bought a VZ-24 on impulse. Still in military dress, sight protector, non-matching. The receiver says:
CS. Zavody Na
Vyrobu Zbrani
Brno
On the side:
E (Lion stamp) 25
T (4digit serial?)
And then randomly there are non-matching numbers, and what appears to be a Z in a circle.
I assume it's a run of the mill Vz-24, no German markings as far as I can tell. Aside from it being made at the Brno factory and accepted in 1925, do the various markings tell me anything else about this lovely specimen? Other than she's a smooth beauty to handle. (Even had 3 boxes of soft points tossed into the deal)
