I'll try to get a couple pics sometime in the next couple of days, but here's a description to start. I'm pretty sure it's German, but that's all I know.
It's a 12 gauge hammer sidelock, 27.5" barrels, splinter fore-end with a push rod attachment, and Greener style lockup.
On the top of the left barrel is "Prima" and on the right "Stahl" ("Prime Steel" in German, right?)
The side of the barrels are marked "Nitro" with an N with a crown over it.
The bottom of the right barrel has "B", "S", and "U" all with crowns over them, as well as "12" in a circle and "14" below and left of the circle.
The bottom of the left barrel has "B", "W", and "U" with crowns over them, "12" in a circle with "14/1" to the left, as well as "719" over "19" (is that the 19th gun made in July 1919?)
The water table has "N", "B", "U' with crowns. After the serial number on the water table and on the barrels there appears to be the initials "EF" in script.
And that's all the markings she has. She's in good solid working shape - has some surface rust and a couple small pits in the barrel, but nothing too bad. Just curious if it's a gun that I should keep original, or just a run of the mill to clean up and reblue.
