Socom 18 warrant/exchange

Hey CanAm

Sorry to post here but I've tried getting hold of someone there for a week and haven't heard anything. I know you guys are busy there but I see stock is getting low and I don't want to miss out on this great rifle. I'm havin an issue with my recently purchased socom and believe it needs an exchange. Just looking to get things rolling ASAP.

I am very impressed with CanAm and their warranty , I returned mine and was told if they cant fix it they would exchange it (free return shipping) and was just told a new one is on the way .
Very quick reply's to my emails as well .

I'm still waiting I know they're busy as all get out. I know their customer service is top notch I'm not worried

They replaced the bolt and she is on her way home! Thanks again CanAm!

After things didn't work out with the original, they delivered a whole new rifle to me. Thanks for the excellent service Canam!
