Lots of potential do make this rifle stock look cool. But not in Canada.

And something to think about, posted a few threads ago. Carbon Fibre Stock. US made should hold up in tough situations, US companies don't want to be sued on a defective product. Looks like M14Doctors' stock, but much higher in price. Might as well buy homegrown Canadian and support a CGN'er!:D

M14Doc's is much more affordable and practical. But, if you prefer this Carbon Fibre design, then by all means go for it. Post pics please if you do.

And more Pictures from the US. This time with the Ultimak Rail.

Someone might find this important, it's my old pictures of the SOCOM rail. If you are of buying or acquiring one, this might give you an idea.

And for H20 Man. :)
Kevin,

This is my Original Sage that started it all for me. Besides reading and researching evrything about M1A's and M14's. A Safe Queen for now but might be sold to a CGN'r this weekend. She has not seen action for some years now and I might as well give her to someone who can use her potential. It is the Original Long Version, quite heavy with addition of a Scope Mount, Rings and Scope. But in this configuration, just the right weight. Internals and Externals had various upgrades, from Smith Enterprise, Sadlak and our very own R33.

The full length EBR stocks are quite rare. What happened to the section of rail meant for a bipod?

I got the stock this way. Even the handguard is missing, I had one fashioned out last week. The Clip Mount also arrived two weeks ago. If she gets taken this weekend, the new owner will have to source out some of the stuff missing if he wants to stay all the way SAGE. If it doesn't go, then I'll have to set her up again my own way.

Another Sage EBR has managed to make it's way north. Canada Post delivered her the other day. She's for a lucky fellow CGN'er who has me doing a build for him.
I'Ll take some pics along the way. The rifle won't be a socom , but 18.5 vortexed shorty. A range report with video might be fun.
The more of these chassis stocks I assemble, the more I have come to appreciate the EBR. I might have to have one of these :D

Does anyone have a bipod/adapter combo suggestion for a railed m-14? It would be for shooting from the prone position, and I have long arms and so a fairly long one. Fabsports sells a 30$ bipod adapter. Has anyone tried it? I would prefer not to pay 130$ for the larue adapter.

Found this for you Troy MCS stock fans::)

Somehow looking at this Bush style M1A, I feel like building one. Does anyone know who can bring in LRB Arms from the US?

And Another Picture from the Good Guys of JAE

IMHO.I think the VFG should go and the Aimpoint should be replaced with another scope, but this set up looks good from this angle.

This one is a recent find. 01/17/2010
