Well, yeah. The trigger guard moves, that's how you break it open.I bought one like this and the trigger guard isnt tight, it moves, its loose a bit... Retailer isnt answering of I can fix it myself or send for warranty
But assuming you mean moving more than it should, you could take it apart and put in a stiffer spring. These guns are pretty simple to work on.
