SOLD OUT: TYPE 81 LMG Shipment 3.

Has anyone else's gas piston got pretty serious pitting on the gas end of it? Just took mine out for the second time and I religiously clean my hardware after all outings, regardless of ammo types. This piston is so pitted around the outer ring it rips up cloth. Normal? Seems to function fine in the firearm.

I believe there may be a run on any semi-automatic rifle right now, as their were several examples in the RCMP's Court's press conference. It is unknown how wide an area the ban government may have impose after this will be, so people are buying out of an abundance of caution.

Pretty weird. Just last week these were in stock almost everywhere and couldn't be given away, now they are almost all out of stock, even used ones on dealer sites...

Let me say this. Many will regret not buying those cheap $1,300 or 1400 LMG's on the EE. They are excellent quality and the price tag will sound like a bargain next year.

Yes, maybe they are a lil ugly with that butt stock and the bipod makes them heavy, nothing which cannot be fixed rather cheap if you don't like the look.
