Hi All!
I am sure some of you are already aware, but I wanted to get the word out about the 6th Annual Canadian Podcast Charity Shoot in support of Soldier On, that is taking place on the 25th of June at the Brockville District Fish & Game club.
We have the support of many awesome sponsors, including Tactical Teacher! I would also like to thank him for letting me promote the event here in his forum. There are many awesome prizes on the table to be won, including several firearms, training certificates, gift certificates, gunsmithing services and coatings, firearms parts, ammunition, accessories and more!
The CFI, CSSA and CCFR are also supporting this event and will have representatives at the shoot.

The course of fire is as follows:
Zombie Shoot Challenge
Range 1 – 25yd Pistol
Calibres: Rimfire, Centrefire up to .45
Distance: ~23 yds
Target: Zombie Target
Round Count: 40
Time: 30 s Rapid fire, all others 1 minute
Conditions:
10 Rounds Strong hand
10 Rounds Weak hand
10 Rounds Rapid Fire
10 Rounds Slow
MQT Challenge
Range 2 – 50yd Rifle
Distance: 50 yds
Restrictions: Centrefire up to 8mm and Rimfire
Target: MQT Target
Round Count: 40(10/10/10/10)
Time: 6 Min
Scoring: As per target
Conditions: Unsupported
Standing, Kneeling, Prone, Prone
Require two 10-round mags.
10 rounds per stage.
No transitions with loaded firearm(unload between stages).
Hostage Challenge
Range 3 – 100yd Rifle
Divisions: Rimfire, Centrefire up to .338
Distance: 100 yds
Target: Hostage Target
Round Count: 20 Reload as required, Use whatever mags you have
Time:
5 Minutes: 10 rounds deliberate on the Hostage Taker
5 Minute Agony Snap: 10 x 5 sec exposures(1 shot per exposure) No making up shots.
Conditions: Bench supported(monopod, bipod)
Rescue the hostage by shooting the sequence called, don't hit the hostage
10 rounds Hostage Taker
10 rounds Called shots(Square, Diamond, Triangle, Circle, Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, 1, 2, 3, 4)
3 points per hit on HT
5 points per hit on called shot
-10 points per hit on hostage

Okay time to update all of you.....
Klatham has informed me that over $6000 was raised for the Soldier ON program. Thanks for all your help getting this event organized. It's always challenging getting all your sponsors on the same page and then sorting out all the attendees. Looks to me (on FaceBook) a great time was had by all!
