Was out last night playing with the XCR and some loads I did up with Varget. These 3 were the best grouping I could get shooting prone with a Bipod and bags. The Star on the top left was were the fouling/ sight alinement target.
Ive got ive got three targets with 4 shot groups and 1 with three. The magic load I found to work very well in my rifle was:

27 gr. Varget (compressed load)
55 gr. Nosler Ballistic Tip
Win primers
OAL 2.250

Ive also got a load for Benchmark, with 25 grs of powder that near produce the same groups.
I found these star targets amazing to use with a dot as at 100 yards the dot fits perfectly in the center to complete a fully black star. I could not get groups like this with other targets.
I did find that once the barrel really heated up on the XCR groups really opened up. Running a boresnake every now and then really helps.
Another note was running 25 grs. of Varget in my XCR and the gun would not cycle the loads half the time and gave me a bunch of grief. I pulled nearly 50 of them to up the charge till I reached 27 which gave me great accuracy and function.
My next loads Im going to find some 335 which I heard works great. Over all Im very impressed with this XCR, lots of guys say they are piss poor shooter but I dont think any of them actually own one or handload for one.

Cheers!!

It's definitely Minute Of Coyote. Once I figure out what I want for an optic I'll start some load development with mine. I have some 50gr Vmax and some 60gr Noslers to try.

I've just purchased an XCR as well. I have to say I love the feel of the gun when shooting it. It is not very accurate with the bulk bullets and surplus powder that I have tried but on my first attempt with Varget and V-max bullets I am getting 1.5 inch groups with iron sights.

I expect with an optic and a little experimenting it will shoot one inch groups.
