Thought I would mention this here, being as I have seen very few folks from this forum over there......

The Canadian Action Party has published its Draft Firearms Policy. Essentially it is a rewrite of the original Canada Party policy adopted in 1993.

I think most of you will like it.

If you DO like it, please spread the word around on other parts of this Site. I don't want to be accused of "Spamming", although I am not really sure what that is.

We have 115,000 Members on this site and, so far 1.5% have seen this document.

You will find the FULL TEXT and a whole bunch of commentary over in FIREARMS POLITICS, NEWS RELEASES.

Hope you like it.

Guess I'm gonna differ. ;) Much as I like policies that I agree with, fragmentation of existing voting trends is only going to get us the exact opposite of what we want. Taking votes away from the Conservatives, who I hold my nose and vote for, will get you the Liberals or even worse, the NDP, in power. People rail against the first past the post electoral system as well, usually the fringe parties, cause they'd have pivotal seats in a proportional system. All you have to do is look at the screwed up mess in Europe to see what that gets you and it's the middle of the road people like most of us, who lose. Imagine Elizabeth Day, with political Clout.
