A canadian Mk 1 bren tripod made by ccm very rare this one is New Zealand contract which i was told years ago was 250 units .I was also told that the 250 for NZ were the only Mk1s made by ccm ..i have no way to conferm this but i have looked and rebuilt quite a few Mk1 tripods and so i have not seen another ccm ...plenty of Mk 2 ccm but only this Mk1 .
I picked through about 30 of these tripods back in the day and found this one COMPLETE with the AA legs which tend to be missing in most Mk1s also you will notice that it has the rear grip clamps on the one tube...again very rare
