The upper alone is on the PSA website for $330 so IRG should be able to get that in for you as well. You could probably recoup most your money by selling the complete 10" upper.

Call the guys at Tier One Armoury in Edmonton, They should be able to order you whatever you want. They probably have shorter ones in stock but I'm sure they'll bring one in for you.
