Source for 7.62X54R Hunting ammo

I have the oppertunity to get a Mosin M44 for really cheap and I will probably do so but I was wondering where I could find suitable hunting ammo. I know that I could find a lot of surplus ammo for plinking but I use all my guns for hunting and I have not been able to find a commercial ammo maker that provides good hunting rounds. I do not reload yet so that is out of the question for now.

What do you guys use and where might I find it in southern Ontario?

Most gun shops will carry a bit of S&B as well as BELL ammo in .762x54.

Igman ammo works well in my Mosins.

I use the Igman stuff in my Mosins. I have a lot of Soviet 'Extra' brand competition ammo, but its not good for the hunting stuff. Sellier and Bellot would be good, the Norma stuff will break your bank if you buy more than one box a year.

before I reloaded for 7.62X54R, I was using bell soft point ammo... It had decent accuracy... and excelent preformance on deer out of the m44.
