Who's the best source for an AR barrel in Canada?

I'm looking to find an 18" lightweight 1/9" barrel for a build I'm starting.

Farmboy, does NEA do lightweight barrels? Or do they stick with government profile?

One of my main goals is for the rifle to be eligible to enter the USA, so as long as it's over 16.1" I'm happy. If they could do a lightweight (.625") contour at 16.5" if not 18", I'd be thrilled.
