It always seems to be the case that a part breaks that you just can't find. Numrich is out of stock, Apex are idiots who don't ship to Canada and naturally our market seems to be empty...
I'm looking for #38 on this diagram, the "follower arm spring with roller". I'm trying to avoid needing to fabricate one, a dovetailed spring with a roller is something I haven't tried yet.
If anyone can point me in the direction sourcing one, I'd be quite grateful!

Sorry I cannot help, but have you tried to silver-solder the thing?

A good silver-solder job can have up to 90k psi strength: nearly as much as the steel itself.

I once blew a cracked Extractor out of my 1911 Steyr pistol; a visit to a friendly jeweller solved the problem!

Hope this is SOME help, anyway!

It's a good idea, the trouble would be finding an open jeweler! The last time I went to try this I was assured by multiple workers in the shop that silver solder doesn't stick to steel... luckily a good friend helped me fab a new spring!

THANK YOU JEAN! I have no idea how I missed this on their website... I must look at it once a day. Glad I ordered those clips from you, hopefully now I'll be able to give them some use
