Source for Browning BPS barrels

A few weeks ago, I brought home a 12 gauge. Mossberg 500 All-Purpose Flex from the store, only to realize the stock on mine had significant play in it. The store agreed it was defective, so I exchanged it for a 12 gauge Browning BPS field model with the matte-finish walnut furniture.

The BPS came with a 28" vented rib barrel with interchangeable choke, but I'd like to have a shorter barrel. Can anyone recommend the best place to get one in Canada?
 
Not saying they don't make one but the only shorter I have seen is 26" and you will have to get one of the site sponsors like Epps for example to order one in. Problem is with BPS barrels it will be probally cheaper to find and buy a complete used gun since replacement barrels are very expensive new

Yeah, Even used BPS barrels are crazy expensive. If you can live with the 28" great. If not perhaps someone on the EE would trade you.
 
Browning lists 24 , 26, 28 and 30 inch barrels for the BPS hunter 12 ga . but at near half the price of a complete gun . add to that the over the border increase and tax .
 
Thanks everyone, I'm happy with the stock barrel for shooting clays, but I wanted a shorter slug barrel for more versatility.

I guess I'll have to watch the EE, once my application to join the group is approved.

Is there a minimum post count to qualify for the EE by the way?
