I got a reference to HAPs and Montana Golds. A lot of people seem to be using Montana Gold bullets. Where are you guys all buying form in Canada. Wholesale Sports doesn't have any bulk .40s in stock. Neither does Sheldon Stoller in Winnipeg. I may be ineterested in buying 10-20,000 as I know someone else might need some in the future. Are these the best bullets to use?

.canadianbdx.

Which is the recommended bullet profile?? Weight is 180 okay. But they say Complete Metal Jacket is the newest in their line. Is that what you guys are using??

I see Murray Gardner has some too.

I would personally go with the JHP's...but the CMJ's would be my next choice...

Full metal Jacket Montana Gold 180gr are not new?? perhaps you were referring to their new plated bullet....?? (no experiences with them)

The MG are top either in FMJ/CMJ or JHP.....also mention were the Hornady HAP from (Hingginson Powder) are also top bullets(by cases of 1900).

BDX is listing VIP Firearms, (Fireing Line) Winnipeg, Man. Sheldon, @ 1 888 SHELDON as a dealers??? he doesn't have any??

He's referring to CMJ, not FMJ or JHP. These are jacketed, but have an extra copper plate at the base, of which the jacket wraps around, so like plated bullets - no exposed lead, but these are real jackets.

Not sure why they're "new"; I've been getting them in from BDX for about 2 years.

Ya I know was is a CMJ bullet I was just repeating his comment not new I did get some from you before.....

I was suggesting Fireing lane because of were he live...Freedom Ventures is also a very good source for MG but shipping would kill that deal real fast ;)

I just got off a bulk purchase from Canadian BDX for the .40 180's in CMJ (FMJ's where out of stock).

but the time you work in shipping, taxes etc, it comes out to just under $100/1000 to your door. (I got 5K out of the 24K group order)

I recently received 25000 bullets from BDX... Shipped by truck the 600lb+ skid cost about $150 to get to the GTA.... That's not a lot....
I mean, what would you expect someone to charge to move a 600lb box from Alberta to Ontariio??? $150 is a bargain.
