Source for Choate 870 +5 Magazine Extension

In case anyone was thinking of ordering this out of the US....I contacted Choate, they told me they would ship to me directly in Canada no problem. Sent me a quote-$56.40 for the mag extension, $56.75 for shipping and a $10 export fee! So it costs more to ship the damn thing than it costs!
Tried ordering from Brownell’s. Their website says they can ship this internationally-great. Next thing I get is an email that I have to fill out some export forms, explain on company letterhead why I want to import this, and possibly my first born child. What the hell happened to ordering stuff from them? Used to do it all the time many moons ago with no issues. Now you’d think I was importing fissile material instead of a tube and spring for my shotgun.

Lol that much for shipping? Are they crazy?
Emailed them awhile back, still haven’t heard back
Call them, they have 5 or 6 staff that answer the phones.
