Thanks Maynard! I do realize rollin my own does probably have at least a dozen very big advantages over factory ammo. I'm just a little nervous about starting that project/ don't really know where to start. I've been hunting/shooting for years, but never had a sub MOA rifle till just recently. I went with a tactical rig in a big caliber because I want to increase my hunting range but also to put more rounds on paper.
By hand rolling it would be a big benefit to be able to work up my own loads specifically for each task that will shoot well in the same rifle. How difficult is it to get started? Any help is much appreciated.
