Source for Mossbert 715t carry handle?

A carry handle version?
Or an AR handle to put on the flat top?
An airsoft or paintpall place like Badlands would be my choice for a cheap handle local.
Or amazon.
 
Neighbour is looking for a just the AR handle. He got a flat top and wants to acquire a handle. Good idea, I'll send him to the local airsoft store as a starting point.

He was talking about buying one in the states during the summer, but not sure if he is allowed to bring it back due to ITAR rules?:confused:
