Does anyone know of sources for 7600/7615P receiver end plate sling attachment? With the 7615 being marketed as a tacticool rifle there must be more accessories available for the 7600/7615's.
Also, can anyone confirm that the 7600 reciever is the same size as an 870 in 20 gauge? I've heard that 20 guage 870 stocks would fit the 7600's but don't have a 20 guage to try. I've tried the 12 guage stocks on the 7600 and they wont quite fit since the 7600 receiver is a bit smaller than the 870 12 guage. I'm thinking an 20 guage 870 sling plate would fit the 7600 series rifles as well.
Also looking for a picatinny rail to mount on the receiver that still would allow use of the factory 7600 iron sights (non ghost ring).
I've got a 7600 that I plan to use as a thick bush hunting rifle. I'm not looking to make it tacticool, but just add functionable rather than fashionable accessories. The main item I want is the sling plate since it's nice to use at least one and sometimes both hands to traverse really thick terrain yet still have the rifle in front to quickly be brought into action.
