South western Ontario skeet

Rondeau Rod and Gun Club in Blenhiem. about 15 minutes from Chatham. Skeet every Sunday from 10-4. 5 stand and skeet the first Sunday of every month. If you want Sporting Clays try Lambton Sportsman Club between Sarnia and Wallaceburg. Both would be a long commute from Metro Vancouver:eek:

Yep ....... the commute would be a bit too onerous! Google search gave me the Lambton club, but I missed both the Crumlin and Rondeau clubs.

Thanks so much.

I'll be out in Ontario at the in-laws in August. Anything around Stratford or Goderich?

Lots of trap clubs in this region and one sporting club near Stratford and one near Clinton. There is also a club near Holmesville that throws 5 stand and perhaps trap and skeet. One skeet field and a five stand at Crumlin. Skeet and trap at Waterford (a little north of Simcoe). There is a trap club near Kippen and a skeet / trap club near Exeter. I'm in Woodstock and there are two trap clubs close to here. PM me with your schedule and where you want to go and I will see if I can hook you up with the folks.

And yes it's gonna be a long drive....

PM me when you're here. there should be a sporting clays shoot at Twin City Rifle Club in August, about 10 min. from Stratford. Fun shoots with very reasonable targets geared to average shooter.

Lambton Conservation Club at 3451 Mandaumin Road has skeet every Sunday at 1:00. From May to Oct, they have skeet on Tuesday at 5:00.

LCA has sporting clays May to Oct on Thursdays at 5:00.
Lambton Sportsman on Hwy 40 @ Bickford have sporting clays on Sunday at 1:00.
Twin Creeks @ Shetland have sporting clays Friday @ 10:00 & Sunday at 10:00.

All three clubs are less than an hour drive from Sarnia.

Bob.

Thanks again for all the club info. We may retire to the area to be closer to my wife's family .... if I couldn't shoot skeet it would be a deal breaker!
