Southpaw friendly Ruger SR1911

Any one looking to add a novak nxt type ambi thumb safety to their SR1911 or any 1911 for that matter, but are having trouble finding one or getting it shipped up from the states , they can be found at the Ruger Canadian repair center , here's the email of the people that carry them in Canada ,Email: snapshots@videotron.ca

They are not drop in parts ,they do need to be fitted by a gunsmith.

Oh, and one more thing , can somebody recommend a good 1911 gunsmith in Calgary ?

Do they also carry the front sight? Mine parted company with its base one fine day last month.

You'd have to email them about it , I don't see why they wouldn't , and it might still be under warranty , so it could be done for free.
