SP-01 Legality in IPSC

I was on the IPSC web site and looked through the IPSC approved list and I noticed that the CZ SP-01 and CZ SP-01 Tactical are listed on the approved list without the disclaimer that they were only conditionally approved pending the annual general meeting which I believe was in January.

Is this still the case or are the SP-01's and the other guns (I believe the Sphinx 3000 and Jericho) now fully approved.
