spacer for rail on JR carbine?

Hey guys, just tried to install a new rail on my JR Carbine and seems like I'm gonna need a spacer so it can align with the rifle.

I did some reasearch and found some people used kind of a transmission washer ? does anyone here have the part number and where I can find such washer... went to home depot and cant find one that can fit.

According to this, they use a oil drain plug from a 98 VW Passat. I haven't done it myself, but I've scrolled through that topic and that seems to be the norm for what people use.

isn't a oil drain plug a bolt ?

nevermind, it's the washer for that plug...

well the 98 passat washer did not work... see yourself. left is passat washer and right is what I need (already have one but need two)

For anyone that would run in the same problem, I went to Fastenal and bought a washer with the same inner size. sadly there is none what had the outersize I needed so I filed it a little.
