So I received five cases of 7.62x39 from a site sponsor and decided the best way to store it was to take out of the wooden crates so it wold fit in some lockers. Good thing! apparently some of the crates were repaired buy pounding in a few new nails on most of the cases they had been bent over on the inside but on one they went into the can in two places. So if you are storing ammo in the crate you may want to open them up and take a look.
