Spare Bolt Carrier Group

I'm looking at getting a spare bolt carrier group for my Norinco. Any recommendations? I'm looking for a compromise between top of the line and bottom of the barrel, nothing too cheap and nothing horribly expensive. Thanks.
 
The big question is why? Most people if they feel they must go with a spare, go with a bolt, or a parts kit, which can fit in the pistol grip
 
If something is going to go, it'll be the extractor or extractor spring. You can get a small parts replacement kit for around $30 that will contain the most commonly lost/broken parts on an AR-15.
