Yup LOTS of experience with this brake, it was designed and produced by ATRS, then the design and tooling was "liberated" from our shop.
spartan used to de a dealer for march scopes as well, and some others have had some not so pleasant experiences with them i would stay away
they wanted the money up front for 6 march scopes for BR and long range over 18grand I said no thanks and got them from kelblys with no deposit and shipped to our canadian importer and brought in for 50 a scope

I have dealt with them a fair bit, love the design amd have no issues at all with the business.
Fair and honest in my opinion and the brake is great.

As long as you are OK doing business with and supporting someone who employs "civil conversion" methods to start up his business and then sells the spoils taken from another company.........
Some guys sleep just fine knowing that they purchased goods that "fell out of a truck" too.
So exactly what are you accusing me of here?????...how am I supposed to know you 2 are in a dispute...I dealt with them prior this thread and they were great. Very ignorant and rude to make comments like that to anyone, especially on a public forum. Have a problem settle it in court and dont slander people who have no idea whats going on.

There seems to be a lot of rudeness and trolling in the precision forum lately. People need to think a little more before they post such things.I'm glad you had a good experience.

Sorry, it was a general statement , not directed at anyone in particular. Certainly NOT accusing you of any wrong doing. Most folks once they know of a situation avoid it, others are just fine knowing that they got a "deal" at someone else's expense.
There are many instances of brand names being counterfeited by other companies, Nike, Adidas, Rolex and Leupold all come to mind.
Unfortunately the only way to bring issues like this to light is to make it known on the various forums that there ARE companies and people who are not as pure as the driven snow.
My bad...thought it was directed at me, my apology as well for the harsh response ATR. I hope you guys get this settled.
