These are the same folks that have provided Sterling Cross with their 22 LR and it shoots like Aguila Super Extra Standard velocity and it has the Aguila head stamp. I have ordered 7 bricks from Canada Ammo so I hope it is the same. The Aguila shoots very well in any gun I own pistol or rifle.

I have used the Aguila HV high velocity and it show similar to CCI HV the standard in my guns were not as good
That smell is the same as Eley .22 ammo. It appears to be either repackaged Aguila standard velocity or a clone assembled from Aguila components (which would account for the box saying "made in the USA"). I would say it is good value-priced standard velocity target ammo from my testing.
