Not I, sir, although I do believe that John Sukey might be able to help you.
Truth to tell, I have been thinking on a Carcano conversion to the 7.62x39, 7.62x45 or, best of all, a 7x45 made from 7.62x45. Same base size, so no extractor problems, no great clip problems.... and I know where there is a spare action (only).
As a matter of interest, it well could be instructive to see what the SKS round can actually DO when in a bolt rifle, especially with good (handloaded) ammo.
Number 5 ACTION is certainly robust enough to handle half the power it was designed for.... and the LE trigger can be tuned nicely. Your biggest problem likely will be with the extractor. That can be modded by shaving from the INNER surface of the extractor arm, much as they did for the .22 conversions. It will only take a little; base sizes are only .010 off, although the rim does complicate things.
Hmmmmmm........
DO keep us posted!
