Would there be interest in a marked limited edition line of Rauch Tactical VZ58L rifles?

Here is what we're thinking:

1. Modified bolt carrier to deal with any gremlin issues
2. Crome lined bore
3. All upgraded furniture with either folding or collapsible stock
4. Rifle either Cerakoted or Blued
5. Scope mount fitted
6. Muzzle brake fitted
7. Possibly upgraded rear sight
8. Trigger lightly tuned.

Depending on what the latest round of rifles come to market at we're looking at a price in the range of $1000 per unit.

Tell us what you guys think.

Sounds like a hell of a deal to me.:dancingbanana: How many mags?

Offer it in commando too...that should sell really well.

P.S. What does Rauch stand for? Just curious...

Not interested, and I'm certainly not a "gun snob". Dumb poll option.

Honestly, the no option was a requirement of the CGN software, otherwise I would have just had the one option. Absolutely no offence is intended we don't really need to know how many people wouldn't be interested, we just need to know if there is enough interest for us to invest in this. We're only looking at making one run of 100 rifles. If its not for you then its not for you.

One option? So you only want to hear the good news?

It's your choice of text for the "no" option. It encourages guys who would have voted "no" not to vote at all. Since voting "no" requires them to say they are a "gun snob".

Plain old "no" would have been better.

Doesn't sound like it's worth the extra $$ to me.
1. Modified bolt carrier to deal with any gremlin issues - there are mods to fix that isn't there?
2. Crome lined bore - not important to me
3. All upgraded furniture with either folding or collapsible stock - somewhat interested
4. Rifle either Cerakoted or Blued - somewhat interested
5. Scope mount fitted - not important to me
6. Muzzle brake fitted - not important to me
7. Possibly upgraded rear sight - somewhat interested
8. Trigger lightly tuned. - somewhat interested

Here is a brake down of pricing for each item if you were to do it piece meal:

1. Carrier - $50 (this is the only true mod that I know of that will address the issue)
2. Crome lined bore - you would have to find one for sale.
3. furniture - ~$315
4. Strip and recoat the rifle. ~$100
5. Scope mount $125 plus mounting.
6. Muzzle brake - ~$70
7. Rear sight ~$65
8. Trigger job ~$50

That is ~$600+ in modifications plus $650 for the rifle. $1000+/-Seems like a fair deal to me.

Yes...and I ain't no gun snob..
The extras included in the base package (4+ mags, bayo, sling, yadayada...), make it an "all in" package....throw in a crate O' ammo, and you're GTG...
Zombies beware..

Given the asinine wording of your poll, I will state that I'm interested in no such product - and not due to "snobbery."

The poll answer was a joke, I tried to change it but it seems set in stone at this point. I apologize to anyone who may have been insulted.

sounds like the price is fair considering the upgrades, i just like to build my own stuff, It kind of keeps me out of trouble. I fully support all the work you have been doing for the VZ & i wish there were more people like you doing this for us & making parts available. What does suprathepeg come from anyways?
