I was given this beauty without knowing anything about it. It's in great condition and has a serial number and stamp that indicates it may have been made in '63.
Is it worth keeping? It's 36" long with a barrel length at 20".
It seems shorter than other shotguns, is it a quail hunter?

Any info would be great. Thanx.
 
It is a Brno CZ model and it is a quality shotgun. I just sold one on the EE for $325 in near mint condition. Yours should be in the ballpark, depending on its original state and condition. There are upgrades for sure, but since yours is a 20" barrel, I would check to see if it has been cut down first as I could not find one of that config on the FRT list (RCMP CFC cd)

At 20" I would think it has been cut down for a 'coach gun'....perhaps CAS style?
