Specs for mounting leupold

Hey guys just wondering if anyone knows the correct torque specs for mounting base to 700 action and specs for ring mounting on scope?

maybe 25 ft/lbs for the bases and rings and 50 for the windage screws? It says on the package if you can get to a shop.

I just picked up some Leupold bases

From the back of the Leupold package;

6-48 Base screws 22 in/lbs
8-40 Base screws 28 in/lbs
8-40 Ring screws 28 in/lbs
STD windage screws 45 in/lbs
Ringmount keeper screws 45 in/lbs
PRW keeper screws 22 in/lbs
Mark 41/2 keeper screws 65 in/lbs
