Spectre ballistics hex brake

Just wondering if anyone has any feedback on the Spectre Ballistics hex brake.
How much recoil and muzzle rise does it prevent? Does it actually make a significant difference?
It's for an AR15 in 223/5.56 , currently I only have the standard bird cage.
They're only $45 +taxes and shipping of course.
What do you guys think?

They are good to go. Have one on my X95 and works well.

I've tried the 7.62mm brake on the VZ. Works great. Pricing is nice.

I have both the 7.62 and 5.56.

I have no plans to sell them!

Light, cheap, does the job. I know they're effective because I had a Fudd complain about the blast
