speer loading info needed

I want to load two different rounds for the 7-08. I have a box of Speer 7mm 145 gr. b/t and a box of 130gr. spitzer b/t.

I do not have a speer reloading manual. Could any of you who have one reply and tell me the recipe for these?

powders I have available are IMR 4895, IMR 4320, IMR 4350, IMR 4831

No data is listed for IMR 4320.

You don't need a Speer manual. Load for the bullet weight. Who made said bullet doesn't matter.
