Sport II Rear Sight Adjustment

I am going to ask what many would consider to be a dumb question, but here goes. I shot this target yesterday at a 100 yards off a bipod. The rifle is stock except for the furniture. I am more of a scope guy and know very little about adjusting open sights.I think I have the elevation pretty much figured out.Which way do I adjust the rear sight in order to bring more of those shots into the centre area?

Move the rear sight the same direction you want the POI to move.

It's an acronym to remember how to move your sights.

FORS.

Forward sight Opposite of the direction your target is off
Rear sight Same direction as your target is off.

Forward Opposite
Rear Same
