You would think that rifles with that kind of accuracy would be cheap on the EE. I’m going to wander over there and get me few.My experience with a 303 if the shots are within a foot of each other you have a shooter

Yea, those were likely just minimum accuracy needed for acceptance into service, I would think.That video is a bit misleading- those are accuracy standards for deciding if an individual rifle needs to go in for repairs. It doesn't mean that is a typical or average level of accuracy. My own experience with LEs is that No. 1 and No. 4 rifles that are in good shape will typically shoot 1-2 MOA groups and can often be coaxed into close to MOA accuracy with handloading and minor tweaking of the bedding. I've certainly had LEs that wouldn't do this but they were very well used.
