Sportsmans Guide - No4 wood & more....

Thought this might be of interest to us milsurpers. Sportsmans Guide in the US had No4 complete wood sets for US$59.97. I called their number (1-800-882-2962) and they said they do ship to Canada.

A lot of 'stuff' available through their site. I spent 5 min surfing it and had a list a mile long.

Yup they ship to Canada (not everything though but most things yes), I've delt with them before, and they are a nice company to deal with.

Sorry the picture I took of the set they sent me doesnt do it justice its quite nice.

It came in pretty good condition to be honest for a 60 year old item. Better then I expected. Only one problem (not with Sportmans guide though) the belt in the set is alittle small if you got a 38ish waist it will be all the way extended to fit on you.

Well, I couldn't get sights or scope mounts out of them a few years ago.

They wouldn't even ship to a friend on the south side of the border (they said his ZIP code was too close to the border)!

Good luck, they always seemed to charge me a lower exchange rate when refunding my money :-(

From my dealings with them I'd be surprised if they charge less than $45 shipping...
