That's a Rumanian, Polish or East German AKM side folder, not a Type 81.
Just have to figure out who used that RG attachment.
ETA: judging by ZIB (and google pics), it's probably a Yugo RG adaptor added to a Romy, Tatal or EG AKM.
The RG attachment adaptors are available as accessories.
