Spring may be getting ready to arrive.

Had the first crow fly in to the farm this morning. Guess i better run a patch down the 204 barrel, a bunch of snow to melt and the gophers can get to the surface as well.

shot my first crow of the year this morning and another pigeon this afternoon, crows have been here for almost a week.

It's very late for there arrival here, the geese that nest in my dams haven't showed up either, about two weeks late. Just as well as no great movement on temp. yet. That may be a good thing if it gets warm fast there will be some serious flooding.

Still freezing hard every night. Lakes are still iced over (first week of May for the bigger lakes around here). Saw some snow geese overhead yesterday. Waiting for the trumpeters to show.
