I was looking to buy 1911 from them, but I don't see much difference between Full Frame 1911 and Mil. Spec. 1911 except the fact that Full Frame cost $200 more and weight (full frame is 60 grams heavier)

not sure what you mean by Full frame, since Mil Spec is a full size 1911...

Mil spec is quite a basic model that's why it costs less than oher loaded 1911s.

Looking at their website, the Mil-Spec is exactly that: a standard 1911A1 modern military specification with a regular grip safety, military sights, standard hammer and trigger, etc. The Full-Size is a "modernized" version of the same basic gun. The picture they show is a "Custom Loaded Full-Size" so it's a little unclear as to how many of the features it has are included in the base Full-Size. I think we're talking modern low-profile fixed combat sights (nice sight picture), a beavertail grip safety (if you've had hammer bite you'll appreciate that), lightened hammer, modern trigger (same pull as the Mil-Spec though), and front cocking serrations as standard. Then you can choose add some features to it like adjustable sights and various finishes.

Well, but if you check MSRP of the Full Frame series and Mil. Spec... 20% more for cosmetic changes??? Also, "modernized" is 38 oz vs 36 oz on Mil Spec... I'm not sure that "lightened hammer" added that weight... That's why I'm puzzled!

yeaa i looked into these when i was shoping for a 1911 and it appeared to me as well that the 'loaded' was just a cosmetically upgraded mill-spec. i read about alot of people buying the mill-spec and doing their own upgrades to make it exactly how they wanted.
