Springfield armory XD/M 3.8 compact

Don't ask me why I want one but I do. But does anyone know whose bringing in the 3.8 compact in the bi tone in .40s&w? I've seen the black ones in 9mm at Saskatoon gun works but not the 40.

Um, nobody - 3.8 is a prohib. You could bring one in yourself if you can find a 106mm barrel, but if there wasn't enough interest in the M&P compact to bring them in retail, you can bet there isn't enough interest in the XD/M Compact to make it worth while. The good news is that Storm Lake does list a 106 barrel for that gun, so it's fairly simple and relatively cost effective. This must be what Saskatoon Gunworks did.

Check with Saskatoon gun works .... They brought them in with a restricted barrel length, but they may be sold out

3.8 compact is the model name, not just the barrel length as it comes sold south of the border, as I'm aware a 3.8 barrel length is prohib. I've seen saskatoon gun works bring in the 9mm models but I'm more interested in the .40
Just thought id ask around here first.
