Springfield IOP

I contacted Springfield Armoury who offer an IOP program; is North Sylva offering this purchase through a Canadian Dealer?

I doubt it and if they are as usual Canadian vendors will offer 5% or 10% discount which is a fraction of what the US citizens get. I hope I am wrong but I w follow to see what North Sylva says. I have delt with them in the past and have great experience.
